The Illinois Beaver Alliance is a fiscally sponsored project of Inquiring Systems, Inc. EIN: 94-2524840. Inquiring Systems Inc (ISI) is a fiscal sponsor, supporting organizations working to make an impact at the systemic level. ISI provides fiscal sponsorship services to nonprofit organizations working in the Regenerative and Sustainability realms. ISI provides the 501c3 legal status necessary to accept tax-exempt donations, and we take care of the administrative requirements associated with having 501c3 status.
Fiscal sponsorship allows nonprofit organizations to get started fast–without the burdensome task of applying, and then waiting for 501(c)3 nonprofit status with the IRS. It is also a very cost-effective way to bring a nonprofit idea into fruition. Once an organization becomes fiscally sponsored, the organization becomes tax-exempt and instantly eligible to receive tax-deductible donations and to apply for grants. ISI provides liability insurance and corporate protection, and sponsored projects have access to our excellent customer service and extensive experience in the field.

For many organizations, fiscal sponsorship quickly solves a multitude of problems. They stay focused on their programs, freed from the worry of ‘compliance,’ and resting easy, knowing their administrative ‘stuff’ is being safely and efficiently handled for them by their fiscal sponsor.
